Guests faced challenges with noise from surrounding areas affecting sleep quality, and the limited variety in both food and drinks didn't cater to all tastes. Maintenance concerns included inadequate drainage in bathrooms, leading to unpleasant smells, and some rooms had issues like poor air conditioning.
